France’s second largest airport, Nice Côte d’Azur, has chosen Moment’s « Mood » entertainment platform to enhance the experience of its travelers in the VIP lounges of its two terminals.

Moment, a provider of entertainment, e-commerce and connectivity services for the travel industry, equip Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Moment has been chosen to integrate its « Mood » entertainment platform into the Wi-Fi network of the four VIP lounges in the airport’s two terminals, offering travelers a unique pre-boarding entertainment experience.

With a network of 116 direct destinations in 44 countries and scheduled long-haul international flights, Nice Côte d’Azur airport is France’s second largest airport after Paris. It is a pioneer in the airport industry, distinguished by its forward-looking, innovation-driven approach. The airport welcomes a large number of high-potential passengers, accustomed to travel and airports, and therefore looking for the highest standards of customer service and experience. Equipping the airport’s  VIP lounges in collaboration with Moment is a pertinent response to these expectations.

Moment’s « Mood » platform offers a vast catalog of regularly updated content. It includes over 10,000 hours of video featuring international films, series and news programs, as well as dozens of podcasts, digital press and games. Thanks to this new initiative, business travelers will have access to a wide selection of personalized entertainment content, directly from their connected devices.

Usually associated with airlines, railways or shipping companies, Moment is expanding its reach by extending its expertise to airports. For four months, starting in mid-July, users will be able to take full advantage of the functionalities offered by the « Mood » platform. This first pilot project will serve as a basis for assessing the effectiveness of this new initiative and determining the path for full-scale deployment across the airport.

« We were convinced by the ease of deploying the platform on our portal, » says Candice Cadreils, Commercial Director of the Côte d’Azur Airports. « Our partnership with Moment marks an important step in our commitment to continually improve our travelers’ experience and drive innovation in the airport industry. »

« We look forward to collaborating with Nice Airport and helping to provide travelers with a tailored entertainment experience, » says Tanguy Morel, CEO & Co-founder of Moment. « At Moment, we firmly believe that digital entertainment can enrich travel by creating memorable moments. Our partnership with Nice Airport will open up exciting new perspectives in the transportation industry. »
